Everyone is different and Geeta skillfully handles everyone's requirements as per their capacity. I can salute her for her patience in listening to us when our bodies don't listen while doing the stretches. I had flexibility in joining her batches and that is a plus point. You are in a batch but will still get personal attention from Geeta. It's more of a family of yoga enthusiasts meeting every morning and evening. I loved the camaraderie in the yoga group and learning under Geeta is such a pleasure. She pushes me to do the asanas but within my personal limits. I joined Geeta a few months ago . For me this is the only time of the day when I am more relaxed and calm. We never follow the same routine in the whole week. I just don't want to miss any class of hers, no matter how tired I am! Thank god I found her 🙏
Geeta has been great mentor / Yoga Guru for Yoga!! She has incredible knowledge on each asanas... I have steadily seen decrease in my weight and inch loss too. With erratic schedule and being working mom...I love how I start my day with her class. I try my best to be in her class, sometimes it's not but part of me feel that I could have made it to her class. I feel peaceful, regained my sanity and overall inner healing of soul and mind.
